Cranberry Lemon Coffee Cake

♦ 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix

♦ 1 cup water
.
♦ 1/3 cup melted butter
.
♦ 1/4 cup lemon juice (you can add a little more, but adjust the water if you do)

♦ 3 eggs
.
♦ 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel (you can add a little bit more for a tangier flavor)
.
♦ 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cranberries (this is done nicely in a small food processor)

Preheat oven (350 degrees). Grease and flour a 12″ bundt pan. Place all
ingredients in bowl other than the cranberries. Beat for about 2 minutes.
Fold in cranberries.

Pour in to pan and bake for about 55 minutes until done.
It is good warm or cold.
