Hot Dog Recipe ( from Hot Dog Party post)

• For each person fix 2 hot dogs

                              (butterfly cut the dog in half lengthwise– if you cut all the

                               way through it is fine, but will just be a little more awkward to eat). 

                               What hot dogs you use will be whatever you prefer. 

                                I like Hebrew National.

• 1 hamburger bun (you can warm it if preferred)

• hamburger relish (I use Del Monte but whatever one you can

                                      find will probably be similar)

• mayonnaise (I am a die hard user of Miracle Whip original

                                – like the flavor better than mayo)

.

Fry the dogs and when browned, with buns warmed, assemble. Mayo on both inner sides of bun and spoonful of hamburger relish on both sides over the mayo.  Works best if curved sides of dog are facing up between the bun.
