Shortbread

♦ 3/4 cup butter (softened)

♦ 1/4 cup sugar

♦ 2 cups flour

Cream butter and sugar. Work in flour. If you find mixture is too crumbly
you can add a little more softened butter.

Roll dough on floured surface to about 1/4 ” thick. Cut into shapes or
rectangles, whatever you like. I just made some reindeer ones and they
really looked cute. Place on ungreased baking sheet leaving space
between cookies.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 10 – 20 minutes or until set.
These are extremely simple but taste so good.
