Simple Fruit Salad

• juice from one fresh orange

• banana sliced in one-quarter inch rounds

• strawberries (about 6) cut in half
.
• one orange cut into small sections after removing rind

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for an hour or two.

The above combination makes a nice bowl for an individual.
To serve more just increase the orange juice and any combination
of fruit that you like. It makes a healthy great tasting dessert and is
extremely easy. It could be made a little less healthy by serving over
ice cream, but who would complain about that combination. You
would still get a good serving of fruit for the day.
